The most welcoming Kitchen/Dining Area invites everyone to gather for meals, snacks and good conversation. There are built-ins on either side for excellent storage. The conversation flows easily out into the beautiful meditative garden. Also on this level is a full bath with shower stall and a full sized washer/dryer. Adjacent to the bath is the boiler room and utilities. There are two storage areas as well. The floor was excavated and a new foundation was installed with new lines for sewer, water, gas and electricity. Also added was radiant floor heat which is run on a separate boiler.

Parlor Floor
The Parlor Floor offers three areas for entertaining, quiet contemplation or work. There are built-in storage units, two decorative fireplaces and a half bath in the Rear Parlor.

Third Floor
Up the stairs to the Third Floor you will find The Master Bedroom with decorative fireplace in the front. It has a big bay window looking West. Pass through the closet area to the back bedroom, also with a decorative fireplace. In the hall there is a wonderful newly renovated windowed bath.

Fourth Floor
The area up here has great flexibility for usage. There is a full kitchen/dining area, a Living Room with decorative fireplace, adjacent to a Bedroom or Office space. This area could be reconfigured to a large bedroom with ensuite bath. The Bedroom in the back also has a decorative fireplace and is next to a totally renovated bath with a glass-enclosed large shower.
